Terms of Service
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Relay browser extension and its email code lookup service. By using Relay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Relay.
Using Relay
Use Relay only with Google accounts and phone messages you are authorized to access. You decide when to start each lookup. Relay reads recent messages to identify a verification code for the page you are using, and fills the code field only when its checks find a clear match.
Review codes before continuing
Relay can make mistakes or be unavailable. Check the page and code before proceeding. Relay does not click Submit, although a website may continue automatically after a code is entered.
Third-party services
Gmail access is provided by Google. Jev processes message evidence to identify a matching code. Optional SMS support depends on Google Messages and a locally installed helper. These services are subject to their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what information Relay reads, where it is processed, and the controls available to you.
Changes and availability
Relay’s features may change, and the service may not always be available. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
